Italianity, craftsmanship and quality are our main values

Throughout the boot, we are looking for small, exclusively high-quality agro-food workshops, which produce for us the best that their land can offer.
The whole process is characterized by our careful supervision of both the techno-food processes and the scrupulous choice of raw materials.
Only by fragmenting the production on 23 laboratories scattered throughout Italy can we guarantee the maximum specialization for each type of product: the tuna from Sicilian tuna, the pasta from the pasta factories of Gragnano, the tomato from the Parma fields or from San Marzano from the Sarnese Nocerino countryside or again from Pachino, the olives from the Foggia olive groves or from the western Liguria, the honeys from the Tuscan hives, the vegetables from the Lombard gardens, the breadsticks from the Piedmont ovens, the artichokes from the Lazio crops, the pests from the Genoese mortars, the capers from the Pantelleria rocks, the anchovy sauce from the Cetara sea and many others.
Gastronomie Italiane is therefore the art of Italian know-how, which is condensed into authentic products with an authentic taste, which will not fail to excite the most expert and demanding palates.

The artisan workshops develop our recipes, therefore we guarantee the highest quality of the transformation and distribution process right from the harvest.




RAW MATERIAL WORKED BY FRESH

We work the raw material one only once a year, or when nature gives us its fruits in season, we do not take anything from the "preserved". When the matter ends unfortunately, the new year is expected.
